KLab 今日發佈了即將於今年夏天推出即時戰略遊戲「世紀帝國」系列的最新作《世紀帝國 Age of Empires: World Domination》的消息。該遊戲是由美國微軟遊戲工作室開發，同時也計劃推出中文版。

本作的iOS和Android版的英語版本將於今年夏天推出，該計劃也順序地對應Windows Phone版本和其他語言，包括日語、簡繁體中文。中國則交由奇虎360公司推出。
《世紀帝國 Age of Empires》是一個根據歷史而製作的即時戰略遊戲。遊戲由Ensemble Studios開發，微軟公司於1997年發行到Windows和Macintosh平台。這款可以讓玩家操縱歷史上某個真實民族的遊戲有著許多優點：低配備需求、變化性、趣味性，常常使玩家樂此不疲，受到電玩市場熱烈的歡迎。
其後陸續推出續作與擴充資料片，發展成了自己的系列。世紀帝國系列的遊戲包括《世紀帝國》、《世紀帝國II：帝王世紀》、《世紀帝國III》。
