最近八百萬的製作人福原慶匡在上海出差，感嘆中國在動畫生產方面3 年超越日本，製作技術方面5 年、10 年超越日本，留給日本保持動畫大國優勢地位的時間不多了。今天早上Oricon News 發布了一篇文章是引述翻譯了不少日本書籍的台灣翻譯家林子傑的觀點，說明面對中國企業提供的高待遇高福利，日本的動畫行業正在面臨人才外流的危機。
林子傑介紹「中國這幾年對於IP 概念的認識開始萌芽，加之實體製造業不景氣，中國國內的資金流向了娛樂產業」，但是這股娛樂投資熱潮，讓演員、偶像的出場費水漲船高，而中小企業開始將動畫製作放入了自己的視野當中。這是為了通過投資動畫來獲得自有IP，作為與大廠對抗的手段。
目前中國的動畫製作公司大致上分為製作原創國產動畫的公司，與承接日本動畫外包的公司，現在這兩類中國動畫公司都進入到了轉換期。現在為止中國動畫製作的國產動畫是為了應對網絡配信時代的觀眾需求，參考日本動畫的風格和更新速度，另一方面接日本外包動畫製作的中國公司，發現製作國產動畫比做日本動畫外包賺的更多。
因為有大量的國產動畫製作需求，製作資金預算充足，如今中國國內的動畫製作者待遇非常高，林子傑認為中國國內對於動畫質量的要求沒有像日本那樣，所以工作量和收入都非常寬裕。在中國大型動畫公司工作的優秀原畫，即便是在國內住宅價格高漲的情況下，短時間內也可以自己購買住宅。還有在日本學習動畫製作技術，在日本勉勉強強生活的中國製作者，他們應該是對中日兩國對動畫製作者待遇差距最有實感的。
不過中國國內動畫製作者的缺口也導致了挖人的情況比較多，為了讓優秀的員工不被人挖走，似乎中小動畫企業也給出了和大公司一樣的待遇，在這樣的情況下，留學日本的中國動畫製作者，回國後在生活上是非常穩定的。
不僅是給製作者高工資，相比日本中國公司還會給優秀的製作者更高的職位，就像中國的動畫製作者逐漸離開日本動畫製作，日本動畫製作者流向海外也只是一個時間問題，實際上也有日本的老手製作者跳槽到中國的動畫製作公司，雖然也有中日兩國語言溝通的問題，但是面對跳槽後中國公司給出的優厚待遇以及被重用，回絕這樣的邀請也是很難的。相較於代表「壓榨黑心」的日本動畫行業相比，高收入高待遇的中國動畫行業，Oricon 發問面對這樣的中國「黑船」日本動畫行業還能穩如泰山嗎？
